Ritisha Khatri joined the Law Office of Silverman, Mack & Associates as an associate attorney in 2020. Mrs. Khatri graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a B.S.B.A in Management. Subsequently, she attended the Florida State University College of Law and obtained her J.D. in 2014. Following her graduation from law school, Mrs. Khatri began her legal career working as a health law attorney. During this time, she advocated for physicians and medical groups as well as other health professionals and licensed health facilities in litigation, licensing and disciplinary issues, administrative hearings, Medicare defense, contracts, and business matters. Mrs. Khatri then expanded her legal knowledge by delving into the area of trademark law. There, she assisted with the preparation of trademark registration and the drafting of legal contracts.
In addition, Mrs. Khatri brings to the firm her experience as a former prosecutor for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During her time there, she prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony cases ranging from minor offenses to more serious crimes, such as DUI and Battery.
Mrs. Khatri’s varied background allows her to be a skilled advocate through all phases of her cases. She will work diligently to settle her cases, when possible, but will also be ready to litigate a case to completion when settlement is not possible.
In her spare time, Mrs. Khatri enjoys practicing her lifelong passion for Indian classical dance and Bollywood, even starting an Indian dance company with her Mother and Sister. In addition, Mrs. Khatri loves to travel and spend time with her family.
